PUCT Quarterly TX Regulator Conference Call for Financial Community

Chairman Rebecca Klein, of the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), will be hosting a conference call and webcast for the financial community. The call will be facilitated by Joseph Fichera, CEO of Saber Partners, LLC, and Financial Advisor to the PUCT. Chairman Klein will provide an update on electricity restructuring. Commissioner Paul Hudson is also scheduled to participate in the call separately from Chairman Klein.

Chairman Klein will respond to questions following her presentation. The call is scheduled to begin Thursday, November 6, 2003 at 9:00 am CST and is expected to last approximately one hour.
