More Info: Multi-camera coverage allows a variety of interesting shots of the speaker, the head table, and audience participants. Cameras are remotely controlled and switched by the Director. Cameras and control console are unobtrusive. Audio is fed from the house sound system, and the Director adjusts the sound being recorded for varying speaker levels.

The meetings are captured and encoded to our computer. After the meeting has been encoded, the archive is divided into a video clip for each agenda item so that viewers can go straight to the speaker or segment of interest. Clips can be fast forwarded or rewound. The software required to view the webcast, RealOne, is a free download. Passcodes are provided to obtain access if viewing protection is desired. The webcasts are streamed at 80 kbps for viewers on fast networks and at 34 kbps for those on dial up modems. The program is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
